Open to Project Management & Scrum opportunities

Turning complex work into clear plans and successful delivery.

I'm Cooper Thompson. After five years delivering brand work at Cloudflare and Area 1 Security — owning projects from brief through revisions to final delivery — I'm bringing that experience, and a Scrum certification, to project management and Agile delivery.

01 — About

Creative thinking. Structured execution.

Design taught me how work actually moves: a brief arrives, requirements get clarified, feedback comes from many directions, and a finished deliverable has to land on time and at a standard everyone signs off on.

At Cloudflare I owned that path for hundreds of requests across the organization. That gave me a practical understanding of the people doing the work, the process that supports them, and the coordination it takes to deliver. My Scrum certification gives that experience a framework — and I'm ready to apply it formally.

  • Understanding project requirements
  • Coordinating feedback and revisions
  • Working with multiple stakeholders
  • Organizing complex deliverables
  • Maintaining consistency and quality
  • Managing competing priorities
  • Communicating across creative and technical teams
  • Working through evolving requirements

02 — Approach

How I move work forward.

My working approach to delivery. It borrows from Agile — iteration, transparency, retrospectives — and holds up in traditional or hybrid environments too.
  1. 01

    Discover

Understand objectives, stakeholders, requirements, constraints and the outcome everyone is working toward.

  2. 02

    Define

Clarify scope, priorities, deliverables, ownership and what “done” looks like.

  3. 03

    Plan

Organize tasks, timelines, dependencies, milestones and how the team will communicate.

  4. 04

    Align

Bring stakeholders and contributors together around shared goals, ownership and priorities.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Support execution in short iterations, keep progress visible and surface blockers early.

  6. 06

    Improve

Reflect on results, capture lessons learned and refine the workflow for next time.
